Harbes Vineyard

The Harbes Family Vineyard lies to north of our Wine Barn in Mattituck on a southern facing stony hillside with the terroir mimicking the climate and geology of the Bordeaux. Our vineyard thrives in our maritime climate and under the careful attention of expert vineyard manager and winemaker, Ed Harbes.

Syron Design was hired to evolve a family farm with a small tasting “barn” into a successful wine tasting room and wedding destination location. Taking one of the largest and oldest barns on the farm, Syron Design worked with winemaker, Ed Harbes and wine manager, Shannon Flattley to convert it into a stylish, urban – modern tasting room. The vineyard is uniquely located on the Northern bluffs of Long Island.
